Here's a secret tip for DJs that I first did when I was coming up.
Create an email account with a name that sounds professional. If you can afford it, buy a domain so it looks extra professional. Then make up a persona of someone that sounds important.
Use that email as your manager. Use your imaginary manager to negotiate for you when it comes to gigs, record labels, and any opportunity you might not have the confidence to do by yourself.
